Our commitment
We build to WCAG 2.2 AA. Every page uses semantic HTML, every control works from the keyboard with a visible focus ring, color contrast meets AA, and every animation respects your reduced-motion setting. The 3D and video are decoration; nothing you need is inside them.
What we know is imperfect
The cinematic home page uses a WebGL scene. If your device cannot run it, the page works without it. Some generated video has no captions because it has no speech. The bookshelf uses a 3D hover; every book is also a plain button.
The voice agents we build
An automated phone line is an accessibility surface, so the ones we install are built to reach a person. Every agent says it is automated, accepts a request for a human at any point and transfers to one, and never puts a critical path behind voice alone: there is a keypad route and a text route to the same outcome. They are built to work with relay and captioning services, they do not require speech to be fast or accent-free to get through, and a caller who says nothing is transferred rather than hung up on. Transcripts are available to the customer on request. Where an agent cannot serve someone well, the correct behavior is to hand off, and that is how we configure it.
