Pricing

These are numbers we have charged and stood behind. Fixed means fixed before we start.

We price on what a system earns, not on hours. Below are the three engagement shapes, the ranges we actually quote, and what moves a quote inside its range. The teardown that tells you which one you need is free.

Fixed before we startScrollSalt Lake City · Mountain time
Install

Put one system to work.

Pre-built systems configured to your business and live in weeks: voice and intake, the hiring funnel, meeting intelligence, search visibility, the two-week vertical install.

$7.5k to $60kone-time, by system
  • Fixed scope and price in writing
  • Live in two to six weeks
  • Your team trained inside the tool
  • Care plan optional from $750 a month

Typical payback Two to five months against the admin hours or missed leads it replaces.

Operate

Install the operating layer and have us run it.

The flagship: intake, quoting, scheduling, follow-up, hiring and dashboards as one system, then we operate it with you. Errors reach us first. Monthly numbers, next build priced before it is built.

$25k to $45kinstall, then $3k to $6k a month
  • Seventy percent already built, proven on our own companies
  • Six to ten weeks to live, in stages
  • Monthly review with the founders, not an account manager
  • Cancel with thirty days notice, data exported, docs handed over

Typical payback Nine months at 15 admin hours a week and 8 missed after-hours leads a month. Run your own numbers on the calculator.

Build

Build the thing nobody else will.

Regulated commerce with high-risk payment rails, multi-tenant platforms with real tenant isolation, revenue engines. Product-studio work with a fixed scope and a named owner.

$65k to $250kbuild, then $5k to $15k a month platform ops
  • Architecture and permission matrix before the first screen
  • Ten to twenty weeks
  • Tested restores, audit trails, consent records
  • Custom work assigned to you on final payment; platform licensed. Procurement terms

Typical payback Revenue that could not be taken at all: a store three processors declined, a product other companies pay to use.

Consulting and management services

How we charge when it is not a system.

The systems above are fixed-price. The consulting and management work around them is priced the way that category prices: by the day, by the month, by the seat, or by the block of hours. Open any one for what is included, what is not, and when it fits. Retainers bill in advance and cancel with thirty days notice.

01Founder day$2,500 a day · $300 an hour

Advisory. Vendor selection, a second opinion on a proposal, a board or leadership session, an architecture call before you commit.

  • A founder who runs five companies on the stack being discussed
  • Written notes and a recommendation the same day
  • Two-hour minimum; a day is eight hours, on site in Utah or remote

Fits when You need a decision, not a project.

02Fractional CTO or COO$6k to $12k a month · two to four days

Ongoing technical and operational leadership for a company that is not ready to hire one. Named founder, not a bench.

  • Weekly leadership presence and a standing operating review
  • Owns the roadmap, the vendors and the hiring bar for technical roles
  • Three-month minimum, then month to month with thirty days notice

Fits when You have a business worth leading and nobody senior in the seat.

03Managed technology, per seat$125 to $195 per user a month · ten-seat minimum

We run the stack you already have: accounts and identity, backups, security posture, software licences, vendor renewals, and a monthly review with a founder.

  • Business-hours support with a four-hour response for anything down
  • No 24/7 help desk. We say so because most quotes in this category hide that
  • Capped at sixty seats per client; above that we design an Operate plan instead

Fits when You have ten to sixty people and nobody owns the technology.

04Hours on account10 hours $2,750 · 20 hours $5,000 · 40 hours $9,000

Pre-paid time for fixes, changes and small builds, drawn down as used. No scoping call for small things.

  • Cheaper per hour the more you hold; the forty-hour block works out to $225
  • Every hour logged against a ticket you can read
  • Expires twelve months from purchase; unused time does not roll into a second year

Fits when You have a list of small things and want them handled without a proposal each time.

05Training and enablement$1,500 half-day · $2,500 day · $6,000 three-session series

Your team taught the system they will use, and the AI tools around it, by the people who built it.

  • Recorded, so the next hire gets the same session
  • Materials written for your business, not a generic deck
  • Owner briefings included in every install; this is for the wider team

Fits when The system is in and people are still doing it the old way.

06Security and AI-use audit$4,500 fixed · credited against an install within ninety days

Your technology and AI use measured against the standard on our own security and AI-use pages, with the questionnaire answers a buyer’s IT team will ask for.

  • A written report: what is fine, what is exposed, what to do first
  • The subprocessor list, retention schedule and AI disclosure drafted for you
  • Two days of work, delivered inside two weeks

Fits when A client or insurer is asking questions you cannot yet answer.

07Software and vendor management$750 a month flat, or 12% of managed spend, whichever is less

We hold the licences, renewals and vendor relationships so nothing auto-renews unread and nothing is paid for twice.

  • Consolidation review in the first month; most companies are paying for tools nobody opens
  • Renewal negotiation and the paper trail
  • Included in Managed technology; available alone

Fits when Your software bill grew and nobody can say what is on it.

08Training, curriculum and eLearning$6,500 per finished hour of eLearning · guides from $450 · live day $2,500

Instructional designers and trainers for the software you run. Curriculum built from your system and your processes, interactive eLearning with completions tracked, tip sheets and guides for the moments people get stuck, live sessions recorded, and an LMS if you need one.

  • One finished hour of interactive eLearning: $6,500, including the knowledge checks and the LMS package
  • Tip sheets, quick-reference guides and SOPs: $450 to $900 each, kept current for a year
  • Live training day $2,500; train-the-trainer $3,500; LMS selection and setup $3,500

Fits when The software is in and people are still doing it the old way, or the next hire has nothing to learn from.

Care plans for installed systems are separate and start at $750 a month: Watch $750 (monitoring, backups, a monthly report), Care $1,500 (plus changes, eight hours), Run $3,000 (plus twenty hours and a quarterly review). The 90-Day AI Scale Map is the paid assessment; the teardown is the free one.

How this compares

Priced against the market, on purpose.

WhatMarket range we see in 2026OursWhy the difference
Automation build for a service business$35k to $70k, then hourly$25k to $45k, then a flat monthlySeventy percent is already built and running in our own companies.
Marketing retainer with search, paid and email$4k to $12k a month plus ad spend$3k to $8k a monthOne team, one dashboard, no agency-of-record markup on your ads.
Website plus content engine$25k to $80k$20k to $50kVideo from our own pipeline at near-zero marginal cost.
Voice and intake agent$5k to $15k setup, $1k to $4k a month$7.5k setup, $1.5k to $3k a monthSame corridor. We compete on the booking rate, not the setup fee.
Strategic plan with real numbers$10k to $40k for a consulting deck$7.5k to $18k, credited if you install within 45 daysWe plan what we will also build, so the plan has to be right.

Market ranges are 2026 estimates from published agency rate surveys, fractional-leadership retainer bands, search and AI-search retainer benchmarks, video retainer benchmarks, and custom-software cost guides. Estimates, marked as such, reviewed each quarter against what we actually quoted. Where a row is beside our own price, that is deliberate: we compete on the result, not the setup fee.

What moves a quote inside its range

Four things. Nothing hidden.

Integrations

How many tools we keep and connect versus replace. Keeping a working scheduler is cheaper than replacing it.

Data

Clean data migrates in days. Spreadsheets and three CRMs take longer, and we say so in the blueprint.

Approvals

How much the system may do alone versus hold for a human. More approval points, more configuration, safer launch.

Compliance

Regulated categories add gates, consent records and audit trails. That work is priced, never improvised.

The guarantee

If the system misses the spec we agreed, we fix it at our cost.

Fixed means fixed

The price we quote after the teardown is the price. Scope changes are written down and priced before work starts, or they do not happen.

Spec means spec

Every install has a written spec: the numbers it is meant to move and how each is counted. At the ninety-day review we measure. Short of spec, we fix it at our cost for up to sixty more days. If it still cannot be met, you choose: we keep working at no charge, or you take a credit up to the install fee.

Yours means yours

Custom work is assigned to you on final payment. Our pre-built platform stays licensed to you for as long as you run it, care plan or not. Data leaves in open formats. Cancel with thirty days notice and everything keeps running.

Money questions

Straight answers.

What if we cancel? Who keeps the system?

Thirty days notice. Your data leaves with you in open formats, every configuration is documented, and the software stays licensed for as long as the agreement says. Nobody is trapped.

What happens when the AI is wrong?

The system is built around approval points. Quotes, hires, and anything that touches money are drafted for a human unless you decide otherwise, and every decision is logged so we can see what happened and fix the rule.

Why not just hire one operations person?

Hire them too. The operating layer does the 2am work, the fifty daily follow-ups, and the scoring nobody wants to do, so your one person runs the business instead of the inbox. Compared, with the arithmetic, on the comparison page.

Do you work inside our current CRM or scheduler?

Usually yes. The teardown sorts your stack into keep, connect, replace. We only replace what leaks money or holds your data hostage.

What do these systems actually return?

Counted inside our own companies, dated, with the method and the ones that did not move: the return page.

What if it does not work?

We fix it at our cost for up to sixty days past the review. If the written spec still cannot be met, you choose between more work at no charge and a credit up to the install fee. Read the guarantee.

Is there a smaller way to start?

Yes: the voice and intake agent at $7.5k, or the two-week vertical install at $12k to $20k for cleaning and home services. Both grow into the full operating layer without rework.
